So I love to cook and most of my cooking is me just experimenting lol I made this dish not knowing how it would turn out but I expected a good result! The finished product may not be the prettiest (I am still working on my plating appearance) but the dish itself was delicious! You can absolutely substitute the shrimp for other meat such as chicken breast or steak. If you make this dish fully vegan, I would love to see how you did it!
- half a pound of shrimp. I used peeled and cooked shrimp, but I cleaned it myself because it’s never fully cleaned so I make sure to re-clean them.
- two asparagus
- a handful of cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- small orange bell pepper
- mushrooms of your choice, about a cup
- spices to taste
- crushed red pepper
- garlic salt
